Create multi year growth plan for the Sysco brand portfolio measured by incremental revenue, profit and share within industryWork cross functionally with key stake holders, ensuring transparency and open lines of communication throughout plan development as well as providing frequent updates on plan status to leadershipAbility to be an agile thinker and pivot based on business dynamics and/or leadership feedback Ability to develop trusted partnerships with adjacent teamsCollaborate with all parts of the business impacted by growth plan, namely Merchandising, Sourcing, Pricing, Digital, Sales, OperationsDemonstrate ability to deliver on results, both deadlines and financial commitments of planDemonstrate strong leadership skills
