As a Senior Director, Sustainability, you have a crucial role of leading cross functional teams to achieve operational sustainability as it relates to water, carbon/climate, World Without Waste packaging, and the safety of our people, environment, and products for ASEAN & South Pacific (ASP) OU. We're looking for a candidate that approaches sustainability with facts based in science and has a passion for leading cross-functional teams. **Scope & Impact:**
+ Lead a global, cross‑functional sustainability organization, defining and executing a clear strategy and implementation of roadmap aligned with global standards, best practices, and company commitments.
+ Report into Quality, Safety & Environment (QSE) function, providing strategic leadership on sustainability, lead long‑term environmental strategy, including water security roadmaps, water scarcity mitigation, and environmental risk assessment.
+ Provide end‑to‑end leadership on environmental and support advocacy on packaging strategies by collaborating with Public Affairs & Communications (PAC) , anticipating future risks and enabling growth through data‑driven, fit‑for‑purpose approaches.
+ Define and execute the Operating Unit sustainability strategy and multi‑year implementation plans aligned with global Technical, Innovation & Supply Chain (TiSC) sustainability priorities and The Coca‑Cola Company commitments.
+ Drive World Without Waste, circular economy, and climate strategies across design, collection, and partner ecosystems, embedding sustainability into technical and operational decision‑making.
+ Lead strategic OPEX/CAPEX prioritization for water, packaging, climate/carbon, waste, and operational sustainability initiatives.
+ Ensure licenses to win, KORE safety and sustainability requirements, and Operating Unit governance are fully meeting with global frameworks.
+ Embed sustainability and technical safety into the innovation pipeline to protect and enhance corporate reputation and create long‑term competitive advantage.
+ Influence and align senior internal and external stakeholders, including QSE leadership, global technical teams, bottlers, supply chain partners, and government and industry bodies.
**Qualification & Requirements**
+ Senior leadership experience in leading large-scale transformation programs, and change management. Proven successful track record in leading diverse teams. Technical/QSE operations 15+ years with at least 10 years in senior roles.
+ End-to-end operational sustainability leadership in water, carbon/climate and packaging technologies, circular economy, Science Based Target.
+ Manufacturing and functional leadership with strategic development and influencing within an OU and globally, within the enterprise and across partners, bottlers, external networks
+ Experience leading teams and ensuring end-to-end safety (Environmental, People and Product)
+ System economics, value chain and supply chain finance, Risk management, mitigation, and communication
