Essential Functions: + Develop and execute global treasury strategy aligned with corporate objectives and risk tolerance + Lead treasury operations across multiple countries and currencies, ensuring optimal cash positioning and forecasting + In collaboration with the Treasurer, develop capital structure optimization and financing strategy for UGI’s international subsidiaries + Implement sophisticated financial models to support and guide corporate strategic decision making in collaboration with UGI’s Global FP&A team   Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: + Proven track record of building and leading global teams + Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities + Experience managing relationships with banks, rating agencies, and external service providers + Knowledge of international cash management, FX markets, and derivative instruments + Advanced financial modelling abilities with both technical and managerial accounting outputs Education: + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred + 10-12 years of progressive experience in finance organization #LI-Hybrid All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screen, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
