Senior Director, Strategic Insights - ASEAN & South Pacific Operating Unit

As Senior Director, Strategic Insights, leveraging high‑quality, data‑driven insights grounded in facts to drive business impact and growth. **What You'll Do for Us**   + Create insights that support our strategy (including insight integration, competition monitoring as well as deep dives and reporting) + Connect insights to support the ASEAN & South Pacific (ASP) OU Strategic growth lead in framing and aligning on prioritization of key issues and opportunities (including support on LRP/ ABP/ Senior Stakeholder Presentations) + Support Franchise Strategy Leads by helping them leverage insights across multiple data points to localize and enhance the Franchise Strategy (including Quarterly forward Planning process, System T2T meetings and Data alignment asks) + Lead specific insights projects for helping with opportunity assessments.   **Qualifications & Requirements**   + 10+ years of Business and/or functional experience in Research/Strategy/Analytics related areas + Proven leadership trajectory and influencing a senior leadership team **Key knowledge requirements:**   Mastery of + **S** **ynthesis and storytelling**  to translate data and insights into powerful business stories + **Intermediate to advance analytics foundations**  to read, interpret and challenge different analytical tools + **P** **roblem framing and problem-solving capabilities**  to better direct research and analysis requirements; comfort with ambiguity + **Critical thinking around industry and competitive assessment** : business and execution strategy + **Research design fundamentals**  (sampling, statistics, hypothesis definition, and evaluation) + **Systemic thinking** : integrating different pieces to create a whole picture + **Facilitation skills and business acumen**  to drive better conversations into practical applications Broad expertise in + **AI basics**  to explore innovation in analytical methodologies + **Understand continuous tracking methodologies**  to connect properly with Platform Services + **Bottling partners key data sources**  and recurring analysis methodologies + **Broader system knowledge**  in other KO functions or experience with global projects impacting **What We Can Do for You**   + **Iconic & Innovative Brands:**  Our portfolio represents over 250 products with some of the most popular brands in the world, including Coca-Cola, Simply, Fair life & Topo Chico.  + **Expansive & Diverse Customers:**  We work with a diversified group of customers which range from retail & grocery outlets, theme parks, movie theatres, restaurants, and many more each day.  **About Coca Cola ASEAN & South Pacific** The CocaCola Company (NYSE: KO) is a total beverage company with products sold in more than 200 countries and territories.
