The Senior Director, Stills Commercial & Operations Strategy is accountable for defining and accelerating the commercial growth agenda for the Stills portfolio across the ASEAN & South Pacific Operating Unit, one of Coca-Cola's largest and most underpenetrated Stills opportunities globally.
With significant headroom across water, sports, juice, dairy, and ready-to-drink tea, this role serves as the OU level architect for Stills category growth, integrating category strategy, commercial execution, route-to-market, and system economics to unlock sustainable and profitable expansion.
This individual contributor role works in close partnership with Stills Category Leadership, Franchise Operations, Channel and Customer teams, Finance, and Bottlers, translating category ambition into executable commercial strategies and ensuring disciplined delivery across diverse markets with varying levels of maturity.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Stills Category Commercial Strategy & Growth Leadership**
+ Define and own the OU level commercial strategy for the Stills portfolio, translating global and category strategies into clear growth priorities across channels, packages, price tiers, and occasions.
+ Partner closely with the Stills Category team to ensure portfolio, innovation, renovation, and pack architecture decisions are grounded in market economics, channel realities, and execution feasibility.
+ Shape medium- and long-term growth plans that balance volume expansion, revenue growth, and profitability across markets
**2. Commercial Model, RTM & RGM Optimization**
+ Work with Franchise, Channel, Operations, and Finance teams to define and continuously refine the optimal business and operating model for Stills categories across ASP.
+ Lead the design and deployment of Route-to-Market and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategies for Stills, including:
+ Channel roles and priorities
+ Pack price architecture and affordability ladders‑price architecture and affordability ladders
+ Promotion and discount guardrails
+ Mix management and premiumization where appropriate
+ Ensure Stills strategies are economically sound, scalable, and aligned with system cost to serve and profitability targets.
**3. P&L Ownership, Productivity & Value Creation**
+ Maintain a holistic view of Stills category P&Ls across the OU, continuously identifying productivity and margin improvement opportunities.
+ Translate insights into tangible business cases and interventions (e.g., portfolio simplification, pack optimization, supply chain efficiency, execution model changes).
+ Partner with Finance to ensure robust financial governance, tracking, and value realization of all major Stills initiatives.
+ Balance growth ambition with disciplined capital and resource allocation.
**4. System Leadership & Execution Acceleration**
+ Act as a system integrator and catalyst, aligning bottlers, markets, and cross-functional teams behind the Stills growth agenda.
+ Accelerate the delivery of brand, commercial, and execution strategies by removing barriers, challenging legacy ways of working, and enabling faster decision-making.
+ Influence without direct authority to ensure consistent execution of Stills priorities across diverse markets and bottling environments.
+ Support capability building in markets to strengthen commercial planning, execution excellence, and performance management for Stills.
**5. Transformation, Innovation & 'Outside-In' Perspective‑In' Perspective**

+ Bring a strong outside-in perspective, leveraging insights from:

+ Competitors and adjacent categories
+ External partners, technologies, and operating models
+ Sponsor and lead transformational initiatives that materially improve the growth trajectory and competitiveness of the Stills portfolio in ASP.
**Requirements**
+ Minimum BA/BS degree on Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or Business Engineering.
+ At least 12+ years of experience in these areas in roles of increasing responsibility and scope.
+ Proven experience performing business strategy.
+ Strong financial understanding (P&L analysis, defining Business Cases, etc.)
+ Systemic thinking to integrate different elements into a holistic view.
+ Proficient communication to build powerful business stories.
+ Strong collaboration and positive influence skills
+ Preferred experience in Franchise operations, knowledge in Stills business preferred
+ Commercial strategy, route to market and revenue growth management
+ Ideal if candidate has worked in fully integrated business operations.
