We are seeking a **Senior Director, Stills, ARCA Mexico** you'll support strategies with franchise operations and bottlers, assist management with identifying opportunities, provide recommendations and implement key initiatives including sales planning, monitoring sales and activity records. The success candidate needs to demonstrate their ability to provide visibility on highly complex or specialized projects in the commercial marketplace.
**What You'll Do for Us ** ** **
+ Lead Stills performance management, ensuring rigorous weekly/monthly tracking of revenue, volume, share and execution metrics, and driving timely course correction.
+ Lead Stills performance in Modern Trade to ensure
+ Execute and align the Stills commercial strategy with bottling partners, ensuring consistent activation across all channels and markets.
+ Co‑design and negotiate the long‑term Stills vision with KO and system leaders, driving hydration and nutrition growth potential.
+ Drive RGM and OBPPC excellence for Stills by enabling pricing, portfolio optimization, competitive assessments and new package opportunities.
+ Strengthen bottler capabilities, identifying gaps through global diagnostic tools and leading targeted action plans for commercial uplift.
+ Lead Stills capability building, including training, routines, scorecards and commercial development to meet the Annual Business Plan.
+ Partner with bottlers on digital acceleration (B2B, D2C, B2C), enhancing visibility, real‑time data and execution tracking for the Stills portfolio.
+ Ensure category alignment with bottlers, expediting execution of hydration and nutrition strategies and supporting clear cascades of channel/customer plans.
+ Lead end to end Stills supply chain readiness, including capacity planning, demand sensing, risk monitoring and value chain profitability assessments.
+ Drive S&OP/S&OE integration with TI&SC, bottlers and supply chain leaders to secure the right capabilities for future Stills growth and operational agility.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management with a Master's degree is preferred.
+ 15 or more years in CPG organization responsible for direct sales, key account or franchise management with P&L responsibility.
+ Must have experience as a Business Partner with direct Bottler or manufacturing experience in the Food and Beverage industry and how to develop capacity plans to meet customer demand.
+ Must have experience with annual business planning, forecasting, customer and distributor management and demonstration a track record for delivering positive revenue results.
+ Demonstrate passion for selling, negotiating, relationship building in an entrepreneurial environment.
+ Understanding of channel marketing, syndicated marketing research and competitive analysis and how to utilize this knowledge to drive sales.
+ Must possess excellent relationship building skills, as well as strategic leadership abilities
+ Distribution center knowledge is ideal
+ The ability to influence outcomes and be persuasive are ideal
