WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Senior Director, Sales for Converse reports to the VP & GM of Converse Global Growth and leads the Converse US Partner Marketplace team. This role partners closely with Global Cross-Functional teams, Partner teams, Marketing, Merchandising, Product, HR, Strategy, Planning, Finance, and Communications to drive an integrated marketplace vision.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years leading business development, strategy, innovation, or new business model assessment within the retail industryBachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field. In this role, you will set the strategic vision for Converse’s US Wholesale Marketplace and lead a team responsible for shaping partner relationships, elevating commercial excellence, and driving long‑term business outcomes.
