What this job involves:

As a Senior Director of Integrated Program Management at JLL, you will serve as the senior leader and primary point of accountability for a key Financial Services client with a growing retail portfolio. In this highly visible role, you will own the executive-level client relationship, acting as a Trusted Advisor who connects the client's overarching business strategy to the flawless execution of their real estate initiatives. You will lead the program management function, owning the end-to-end project lifecycle from initial strategy ("idea") to operational handover ("occupancy"), while driving program outcomes that set the standard for quality, efficiency, and predictability.

What your day-to-day will look like:Own the executive-level client relationship, acting as senior strategic partner for the Retail program and accountDrive executive stakeholder alignment, manage executive communications, and ensure seamless governance processesDevelop, define, and lead the program management function to ensure flawless end-to-end delivery of large-scale real estate projectsLead and empower an integrated delivery team of cross-functional CRE partners including Portfolio Strategy, Transaction Management, and Project ManagementEnable and deliver on portfolio strategy, identifying and executing strategic opportunities for retail growth while optimizing existing footprintDrive annual and quarterly capital planning processes, ensuring financial rigor and execution against targetsDeliver transparent, program-level reporting on performance, portfolio health, and strategic initiativesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Finance, or related field10+ years of progressive experience in corporate real estate, program management, or related disciplineDemonstrated success managing C-suite and executive-level client relationships and leading multi-disciplinary teamsExceptional financial acumen with deep experience in capital planning, forecasting, and budget managementExecutive-level communication, presentation, and influencing skillsProven ability to lead through ambiguity and drive results in fast-paced, dynamic environmentsProficiency with Microsoft Office SuitePreferred Qualifications:MBA or other advanced degree12-15+ years of relevant experience in corporate real estate or program managementDirect experience in Transaction Management or Project Management for corporate clientsSix Sigma Green Belt or other process improvement certificationExperience with retail portfolio management and optimizationTrack record of building and scaling program management functionsLocation:

Estimated total compensation for this position:

200,375.00 – 245,375.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
