Position Summary...

What you'll do...People Development Ensures associates are receiving learning and development opportunities eg training mentoring for the good of theassociate and Walmart Coaches team members and provide feedback to enhance skills knowledge and work performance Mentors lessexperienced associates managers and directors Planning Reviews alignment of roadmaps and all projectprogram plans across coordinated implementation of roadmaps and all projectprogram plans across ahighly complex category or multiple business areas Establishes quality control requirements and process and assesses performance of the categoryor business areas to ensure business objectives are met Serves as the highest point of escalation for conflict resolutions and scope creep concernsManages highly complex crossfunctional stakeholder needs and serves as a reference points for less complex needs Dependency and Risk Management Approves and ensures integration of changes in project scope identification of potential issues and developmentof contingency plans for projectsprograms across categories or business areas with moderate complexities Identifies key risks and dependenciesand leads the requisite teams to put solutions in place to achieve projectprogram outcomes for the overall category or business areas Anticipatesrisks and approves risk mitigation strategies Raises awareness of dependencies and associated risks with Managers and Specialists based on cross functionaland industry knowledge Change Management Champions best practice change approach and strategy and leads the development of change plan for all projectsprogramswithin category or multiple business areas Provides expertise and guidance to project teams and communicates with stakeholders to ensure projectexpectations and objectives are met and sustainability is realized Challenges the status quo by developing championing and implementing newinnovative and unconventional ways of working to support the business Collaboration Engages and communicates with senior executives across multiple domains and geographies as well as across product managementand engineering strategy supply chain retail merchandising marketing customer and store operations analytics and external stakeholders toensure successful implementation of projectsprograms for highly complex category or multiple business areas Collaborates with externalstakeholders business units and crossfunctional geographically dispersed leadership to ensure successful implementation for projectsprograms Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs developing communicating building support for and implementingbusiness strategies plans and practices analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans determining and supportingresource requirements evaluating operational processes measuring outcomes to ensure desired results identifying and capitalizing on improvementopportunities promoting a customer environment and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...
