About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and technically adept Senior Director of ADAS Product Management to lead the global strategy, development, and execution of our ADAS portfolio. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with deep expertise in ADAS functions, autonomous driving technologies, and cross-functional product leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the global ADAS product roadmap aligned with market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements (e.g., NCAP, FMVSS, C-NCAP, Level 2/3/4).Maintain competitive differentiation across driving stack features and system power, performance, benchmarking, and cost to ensure Qualcomm’s leadership in automated driving solutions.Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and executive leadership to deliver innovative, scalable ADAS solutions.Act as the voice of the customer, translating insights into product features and enhancements.Collaborate with business managers and marketing teams for opportunity identification and demand creation.Lead customer RFIs/RFQs, system-level use case modeling, and analysis.Oversee integration of radar, camera, and sensor fusion technologies into next-generation turnkey Qualcomm ADAS platforms.Lead and mentor a global team of product managers and technical experts.Monitor the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.Ensure adherence to functional safety standards (ISO 26262) and support homologation efforts.Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.• 10+ years of Product Management or related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.20+ years in automotive technology, with 10+ years in ADAS product development and leadership.Proven experience in productizing ADAS systems from active safety to L2+ and beyond.Background in managing large, cross-functional teams across global sites.Experience with Tier 1s, OEMs, and semiconductor companies.Strong background in software engineering, functional safety, and system-level integration.Deep knowledge of ADAS algorithms, sensor technologies, and model-based development.Familiarity with global AD regulations and evolving semiconductor technologies.Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.Experience in customer engagement, product marketing, and financial oversight.Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer. Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$227,700.00 - $341,500.00The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
