To accelerate this journey, we are looking for a visionary Senior Director, Procurement to lead our global direct procurement organization and shape strategies that deliver valuable impact – driving business growth while contributing to a more sustainable future As Senior Director of Procurement, you will report directly to the SVP of Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Controls and be a key member of the leadership team. You will set the strategic direction for global category management across a direct spend of approximately €180 million. Leading a team of 40–45 professionals worldwide, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring supply resilience, driving cost optimization, and fostering supplier innovation. Beyond procurement, you will act as a strategic partner to Supply Chain, Operations, and R&D/Engineering, embedding procurement into business-critical decisions and enabling long-term value creation. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Set the vision: Define and lead global procurement strategies that enable innovation, resilience, cost optimization, and growth. + Deliver measurable value: Own procurement KPIs, ensuring sustainable TCO savings and business impact. + Lead globally: Inspire and develop a high-performing leadership team across a diverse, international organization. + Secure resilience: Anticipate risks and strengthen supply continuity through dual sourcing, localization, and proactive mitigation. + Drive transformation: Lead procurement digitalization, data-driven decision making, and process excellence. + Build partnerships: Manage executive-level supplier relationships and partner closely with internal stakeholders to deliver innovation and competitiveness. + Champion sustainability: Integrate ESG into sourcing strategies and drive our decarbonization roadmap, with a strong focus on Scope 3 emissions.
