How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead the development and execution of field operations initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance process efficiencyManage and mentor a team of project managers, process engineers and business analysts to deliver high-quality service outcomesImplement standardized project and process methodologies that mature organizational capabilities and drive consistent customer experiencesApply Six Sigma frameworks to evaluate, improve and control operational procedures, ensuring excellence in service deliveryChampion knowledge management practices, providing staff with vital information as part of project deliverablesCollaborate with executive leadership across departments to identify and implement strategic initiatives that improve service experienceOversee operational budgets, conduct return on investment analyses and report on variances to ensure effective resource managementWorking Conditions

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degreeLean Six Sigma Black Belt certificateExperience
10+ years of business strategy development experience10+ years of project/program management experience7+ years of facilitation and leadership experienceExperience in either of the following:7+ years in IT or business unit management10+ years of large-scale process development and implementationExperience managing projects in an Agile development organizationSkills
Ability to read, write, speak and understand EnglishExpert management skills to energize a multi-disciplined organizationStrong interpersonal and communication abilities with peers, sponsors, staff, senior management, vendors and contractorsCapacity to present technical, functional and management information clearly and persuasivelyAnalytical, problem-solving and conceptual skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize based on workload and directionExpertise in formal project management methodologiesExcellent presentation and facilitation skillsSkill in resolving roadblocks in multi-organization teams without direct management responsibilityPreferred Qualifications
