Lead the development and execution of field operations initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance process efficiencyManage and mentor a team of project managers, process engineers and business analysts to deliver high-quality service outcomesImplement standardized project and process methodologies that mature organizational capabilities and drive consistent customer experiencesApply Six Sigma frameworks to evaluate, improve and control operational procedures, ensuring excellence in service deliveryChampion knowledge management practices, providing staff with vital information as part of project deliverablesCollaborate with executive leadership across departments to identify and implement strategic initiatives that improve service experienceOversee operational budgets, conduct return on investment analyses and report on variances to ensure effective resource management
