The Dollar Tree Information Technology group is seeking a Senior Leader to lead the technology Project Management office (PMO). This individual will enable Dollar Tree IT and business teams to steer technology portfolio / project outcomes based on the Business and Technology objectives.
This role is responsible for Portfolio Management, Vendor Management and for partnering closely with Finance and other IT teams, and Indirect Procurement functions to enable the Governance of the department. Additionally, this role is accountable for the management of the group’s Transformation portfolio, for building a shared services high-performing project management team and a data-centric mindset. This role must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of management both within and outside of the IT department.
Principal Duties
Serve as Sr leader of the IT PMO and partner with delivery leaders across internal IT functions, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Store technology and back office technologies. Primary job duties include:
