We are currently looking for a Senior Director of People & Culture to serve as a strategic thought partner, trusted advisor, and deputy to the Vice President, People & Culture.

The Senior Director will co-design BAE Systems, Inc. s People & Culture strategy and lead a high-performing team to deliver aligned and successful execution of efforts in support of organizational goals.
Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format. The hybrid work expectations for this role are three days per week on site during a 5-day work week and two days per week during a 4-day work week.
In this role, you will:
+ Co-design a data-driven People & Culture (P&C) strategy to propel growth, innovation, and top performance through positively impactful leaders and a culture of well-being and resilience where all employees feel they belong and are empowered to thrive;
+ Provide strategic thought partnership and support in all forms to the Vice President, People & Culture;
+ Lead a high-performing team of empowered professionals to collaborate and successfully execute strategic efforts in support of enterprise-wide goals;
+ Prepare executive-level presentations, communications, and high visibility content;
+ Direct efforts to ensure enterprise-wide P&C priorities and business-specific initiatives are connected and aligned to accelerate achievement of organizational goals;
+ Lead execution of strategic P&C and well-being efforts to support leaders and employees at Inc. Headquarters and within the Centers of Expertise (COEs);
+ Direct, negotiate, and adapt project scopes and timelines with internal stakeholders;
+ Liaise with internal and external partners and organizations on behalf of the VP, P&C.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Bachelor s degree with 12 years of experience;
+ Experience leading successful execution of strategic people and culture-related efforts within a business;
+ Experience driving change and leading successful execution of large-scale projects;
+ Excellent coaching, influencing, relationship and trust-building skills;
+ Ability to interpret data, extract insights, identify themes, and tell a clear and compelling story to inform actions and next steps;
+ Experience leading inclusively and cross-culturally to enable top performance.

**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $154815 - $263185
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
