Nike’s New Business & Corporate Development team is responsible for identifying, modeling, structuring, negotiating, executing and integrating inorganic opportunities and new business model strategies that drive exponential growth for Nike, Inc. These could include M&A, strategic investments, strategic partnerships and other strategic transactions.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training10+ years of proven experience in investment banking, private equity/venture capital, or corporate development Experience leading transaction structuring, negotiation, execution and integrationDemonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis, with particular emphasis on financial modeling & diligenceProven ability to work on cross-functional teams, influence leadership and drive project momentum forwardA knack for framing opportunities, synthesizing challenging concepts and comfort with ambiguityCan-do attitude and history of making stuff happen independently and as part of a teamExcellent written and oral communication and superior interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at onceStrong passion for NikeKey Functional Capabilities
