**Job Summary:**
ASEAN & South Pacific Operating Unit (OU) Marketing is undergoing a step-change to deliver more balanced, sustainable growth, powered by deeper consumer intimacy, stronger integration, accelerated innovation, and data- and tech-enabled precision marketing. The organization is designed to combine local relevance with scale, shift data and technology from experimentation to competitive advantage, and operate with clear accountability for impact and ROI. All roles operate within a tightly integrated OU-Market model, where the OU elevates and enables strategic growth + OU-wide platforms while markets integrate, execute, and track performance with speed and rigor while developing local content, partnership and experiences.
**Focus, Scope, & Impact:**
Based in Singapore, this people manager role will upskill, accelerate and orchestrate the transformational marketing & commercial data, technology, and digital capabilities agenda for the ASP Operating Unit. Set the vision and architect a future-ready, data-heavy, AI-powered MarTech ecosystem to accelerate capabilities, creativity, innovation and deliver measurable impact at scale.
+ Own the end-to-end marketing & commercial data and digital product roadmap: Design and deliver the multi-year strategy for digital products, unified data platforms, and integrated workflows to enable best-in-class marketing, commercial, and customer experiences. Own data strategy, orchestration &governance (1PD/2PD/ 3PD)- create the OU 'Brain'
+ Strategic orchestration and governance: Lead the unified backlog and ongoing governance for marketing/commercial data initiatives and digital products. Identify and accelerate high-value use cases; drive scaling and adoption across ASP and enterprise partners.
+ AI & Technology Innovation: Build, integrate, and scale agentification, AI-led experiences, and UX/UI platforms (such as The Playground evolution). Partner with ecosystem leaders to shape enterprise AI strategy, governance, intake portals, and responsible AI/IP guidelines.
+ Workflow & Ecosystem Integration: Assemble and integrate tools trained on KO data from multiple marketing and commercial sub-functions. Design and embed KO workflows in enterprise platforms (such as Workfront, 360 IA Tech, StudioX), driving seamless collaboration, insight-driven activation, and operational excellence.
+ Enterprise, Partner & Strategic Alliances: Represent KO in cross-enterprise (Fuelight) and external partnership initiatives (e.g., MIT, OAI, Adobe, Google, MSFT). Act as main POC for Procurement and lead ecosystem integration.
+ Capability Development & Adoption: Accelerate data, digital, and AI literacy and adoption across teams. Integrate capabilities into the flow of work for marketing, commercial, and customer operations. Lead deployment of 'Coke Way Marketing,' driving high-performance standards and continuous learning.
+ Visionary Leadership: Shape and guide ambitious teams and external partners, championing growth mindset, enterprise thinking, and uncompromising commitment to excellence and servant leadership.
+ **What Success Looks Like:** Data and AI directly improve decision quality. Tools are adopted, Capability gaps visibly close across markets; Marketing operates faster and with more precision; DTC is viewed as a strategic growth enabler
**Experience & Critical Requirements:**
+ Significant marketing and leadership experience (12-15 years+), with great focus in tech/data and AI
+ Experience in Digital products, data architecture and guidelines
+ Acumen across relevant marketing disciplines: innovation, category/brand positioning & growth strategy
+ Led scaled, complex, cross-functional and cross-geographical teams and projects
+ Led projects and capabilities that leverage Digital/ Data/ AI as edges
+ Led and developed teams directly and external partners (agencies)
