Job Description Summary:

This role will lead and elevate our internal communications function in North America. This individual will oversee a team of internal communications professionals, working in close collaboration with key leadership and cross-functional partners to shape and execute communication strategies that inspire, engage, and empower our associates. This leader will play a critical role - not only as a strategist, but also as a doer - in promoting, protecting, and enhancing the reputation of The Coca-Cola Company and its bottling system through effective internal and system-wide communications, ensuring alignment with our business objectives, culture, and values.

Focus, Scope, & Impact:

Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive internal communications strategies that drive employee engagement, foster transparency, and enhance understanding of The Coca-Cola Company’s business priorities, culture, and values, including the North America growth strategy.Leadership Collaboration: Serve as a trusted thought partner to the Vice President of Strategic Communications and work closely with North America leadership. Collaborate with North America Human Resources, Executive Leadership, and Corporate PACS Communications teams to align and amplify key leadership messages for internal audiences.Executive Communications: Partner closely with the North America President’s office to develop and manage internal and external leadership communications platforms. This includes crafting impactful talking points, leading stakeholder engagements, organizing Town Halls, and enhancing the overall visibility and influence of the President’s agenda.Change Management and Culture Building: Support and guide internal change communication efforts, strategic initiatives, and culture-building campaigns to ensure consistent and transparent dialogue that resonates with employees.Digital Communications Excellence: Innovate and evolve methods to reach employees via digital and emerging communications platforms, creating engaging and accessible content that meets employees where they are.Measurement and Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness, reach, and impact of internal communication initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations based on data and industry best practices to continuously enhance the function.Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing team with a collaborative and agile mindset. Serve as a coach to develop junior-level communications talent, build a strong talent pipeline, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.Agency Management: Partner with and oversee external agency resources to support strategic initiatives, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.

Pay Range:

$186,000 - $216,600

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
