Senior Director, GM Digital China - Converse
**Role Purpose** Drive the end-to-end success of Converse China Digital business, define the long-term digital strategy, optimize P&L performance, and serve as the key liaison between platform partners and Converse **Key Accountabilities** Strategic Leadership & Business Growth + Set the 3-year vision and annual operating plan for China digital business, ensuring alignment with the brand’s global and Converse Asia business objectives. + Manage the P&L (GMV, margin, ROI) and allocate resources to maximize revenue and margin performance. + Transform and drive China digital business premiumization from promotion driven channel to full price direction + Identify white-space opportunities where applicable (e.g., new sports, new store models, livestream ecosystems, new omni channel capabilities, etc.) to expand market share. Team & Organizational Management + Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of 20+ Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, Finance, Ops, Legal, etc.) to align on product launches, pricing, and inventory strategies. + Drive talent development and succession planning to build a future-ready e-commerce team. + Develop omni channel capabilities and extend to integrated marketplace Platform & Partner Governance + Serve as the executive sponsor for relationships with platforms, negotiating annual agreements, priority critical moment (e.g., 11.11, 618), and data/tech integrations. + Oversee third-party partners to ensure execution excellence and cost efficiency. **Qualification and Skillset** + Experience: 10+ years in e-commerce/digital commerce, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large teams. + Proven track record of scaling E-commerce businesses for premium/lifestyle brands (sports, apparel, or luxury preferred). + Commercial Mastery: Deep expertise in marketplace P&L management, pricing strategies, and trade investment optimization. + Stakeholder Influence: Exceptional ability to align global/regional executives, local teams, and external partners (platforms) toward common goals. + Language: Native Mandarin and business-fluent English required. + Leadership Traits: Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience in fast-paced environments, and passion for sports/athletic/style culture.
