Responsible for directing and organizing the financial planning process. Conducts performance analysis and progress review reports. Lead month end, forecast and budget process for all NED CB subscriber and revenue activity. Creates and maintains monthly reporting package to monitor subscriber and P&L activity and report out on Comcast Business results to management teams. Conducts performance analysis and progress review reports. Leads and conducts special projects, typically financial analysis and research of business issues in order to provide management with financial data and business advice to support their resource allocation decisions and objectives for corporate growth and profitability. Contributes to the development of the organization's business strategy. Interprets business strategy and develops organizational objectives to align with this strategy. Leads FPA process for NED CB organizationOversees month end, forecast and budget process for NED CB revenue activityServes as a channel for CB, Division and HQ senior management to relay their financial planning and business needs/issues. Leads the preparation and review of budget and forecast materials for the executive leaders and manages ongoing reporting against budget and plan objectives.Develops and maintains monthly reporting to manage and track NED CB KPI performance to ensure business performance aligns with financial planning processLeads team of professionals to develop and deliver on consistent reporting package for senior management to evaluate business performanceDevelops and implements organizational policies to determine planning policies and instructions, financial planning methodology and database design.Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
