As a Senior Director of Faith Partnerships on our Stand Together Faith Engagement Team, you will work with exceptional individuals, companies, and organizations driving change in education, communities, business, and public policy that empower people to improve their lives. As part of these efforts, you will be a key relationship manager, driving the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of partnerships with faith motivated partners. How You Will ContributePartner with Strategic Partnerships leader to shape vision and strategy for pipeline cultivation and stewardship of influential individuals, institutions, and initiatives within faith motivated individuals and communitiesSupervise Faith Partnerships directors to co-create, challenge, and align our point of view and strategies for engaging their audiences toward the highest yielding partnership priorities within the team and across the community Mode a culture consistent with Our Values across the team Determine best practice for how ST’s capabilities and service offerings can align to scaleable and repeatable partnership engagements to increase value creation across the business Cultivate relationships with thought leaders, partners, and other stakeholders from the faith community Build and grow a robust pipeline of organizational investment or in-kind opportunities that support the vision of Stand Together on key issuesMake partnership recommendations to decision makers Act as the primary account manager for a portfolio of Stand Together partners to drive accountability on investment outcomes and regular reports on their progress to dateCollaborate across teams to drive results and effectively manage projects and relationships resulting in immediate, medium term, and long-term outcomesRepresent the organization among faith community partners and stakeholdersBuild collaborations with current and prospective partners that extend and improve organizational impact and promote positive systems changeWork closely with leadership to measure outcomes to ensure that projects meet stakeholder needsWhat You Will Bring7+ years of related experience developing and leveraging strategic relationships with faith-based organizationsProven examples of building and stewarding long-term relationships based on mutually aligned vision and goalsExperience approaching partnership development with creativity and an entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and build internal cross-departmental consensusExcellent communications skills, both oral and writtenSkill in building relationships and relating to external audiencesExcellent organizational and planning skillsEnthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together's to solving problems, and a commitment to stewarding , which champions values including transformation and innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respectStandout Candidates Will BringExperience at the intersection of philanthropy or public policy and the faith community on issues related to breaking the cycle of poverty, K-12, and bridging dividesAn existing network of relationships with key leaders in the Evangelical protestant communityWhat We Offer: Enjoy a 6% 401(k) match with immediate vesting, flexible time off, comprehensive health and dental plans, plus wellness and mental health support through Peloton and TalkspaceA meaningful career: Join a passionate community of over 1,300 employees dedicated to improving lives and driving innovative solutions to complex social challengesCommitment to growth: Thrive in a non-hierarchical environment that empowers employees to discover, develop, and apply their unique talentsCompetitive compensation: Our approach rewards the value you create through competitive salaries and bonus opportunities, allowing you to share in the success you help driveOur Values: Working at Stand Together is different from many other organizations.
