Senior Director, E2E Integration, KOF

We are seeking a **Senior Director, E2E Integration, KOF** with a proven ability to implement initiatives, develop marketing strategy and analyze market data to make a global impact for the world's most recognized brands. You'll support strategies with franchise operations and bottlers, assist management with identifying opportunities, provide recommendations and implement key initiatives including sales planning, monitoring sales and activity records.  The success candidate needs to demonstrate their ability to provide visibility on highly complex or specialized projects in the commercial marketplace.  **What You'll Do for Us** + Development and performance management strategies business plans.  This role will lead key initiatives to deliver customer value and ensure that strategy is appropriately translated into business plans. + Develop a holistic view strategy, taking interests and economics of all key stakeholders into account. + Evolve brand value proposition to customers to help build beverage strategy with customers and grow beverage incidence. + Build key relationships with leadership team and other senior leaders in the company to provide coordination, insight, and recommendations on strategic issues. + Conduct strategic analyses relating to business issues (market dynamics, business models, emerging growth opportunities, competitor actions, economics, industry financial drivers) using analytical frameworks and rigorous financial modeling skills. + Build/maintain/leverage appropriate financial, market, industry, and consumer models to support planning and analysis work. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide, and influence implementation of, holistic solutions. + Lead a direct team to ensure the holistic strategy is appropriately translated through integrated strategic planning and performance management process. + Identify growth opportunities and customer solutions through analytics and strategic thinking to make sure most important customer needs are addressed. + Leverage current information sources of competitor intelligence and industry trends in collaboration with other teams who collect similar data to minimize duplication; fill in the gaps of market and business intelligence when absent elsewhere in the group. + Drive process innovation, own and champion initiatives end to end. **Requirements & Qualifications** + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Strategy, Finance or a relevant field + 7+ years in progressive work experience in strategy, consultancy, finance, corporate level experience with exposure to a broad range of strategy issues. + Demonstrated ability to assess and understand a variety of internal and external economic and financial issues with impact to the business, to analyze data and forecast future business trends, and to develop strategic plans based on business needs and market assessments + Proven rigorous strategic thinking through an ability to analyze markets, performance data, and complex business issues and draw insight/conclusions (balancing need for both traditional outputs with unconventional thinking and innovation). + Ability to transform data and analysis into high impact presentations with recommendations that spur senior leaders to act. + Demonstrated project management experience in independently organizing, planning and executing high value projects from conception through implementation across a variety of stakeholders and functions. + Strong interpersonal skills required to build relationships across business units for collaboration, data requests, and joint analysis. + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written to address all levels within the organization to develop consensus. + Strong consultative and facilitation skills to lead senior executive planning sessions. + Able to gain credibility with executives and senior managers in the organization. + Results oriented and solid financial modeling/analysis and understanding of basic finance principles, as well being self-motivation and ability to plan time/priorities. **What We'll Do for You** + **Global Exposure** : Collaborate with world-class leaders and gain access to global best practices and emerging technologies. + **Iconic Brands** : Work with one of the most recognized brands in the world and play a key role in shaping its future. + **Learning & Development** : Access to robust learning resources, including LinkedIn Learning and leadership development programs, to continuously grow your skills. **Skills:** Channel Management; Execution Excellence; Market Dynamics; Negotiation; Revenue Growth Management; Value Chain Economics; Business Integrations; Business Planning; Communication Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:30 Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role.
