Role Description:
We are looking for an innovative Senior Director, Digital Marketing to join the Apartments.com team. This leader will lead our B2C and B2B customer acquisition, including paid search, programmatic display, paid social, and re-targeting. Our ideal candidate will combine creativity, general marketing know-how, proven analytical skills, and profitable online media buying experience, with expertise in advertising platforms and technologies such as Google, Bing, DSPs and DMPs. The role requires an experienced professional who is metrics-driven and unwaveringly focused on ROI. The successful candidate will have expertise in analyzing large volumes of data and making key business decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This position is full-time, in office and located in Atlanta, GA.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College15+ years online marketing experience with a minimum 5 years demonstrated success in performance based online media buying at scale for a major brandDemonstrated abilities managing a team or department.Prior management of an online media budget of at least $75 Million per year.Demonstrated ability to lead scenario planning with cross-functional partnersPrior experience with programmatic buying and paid socialPrior experience with online marketplacesPrior experience managing DSPs and DMPs with significant spendDemonstrated ability to mentor and develop team membersSuccessfully manage both external vendor partners to maximize program performanceA track record of commitment to prior employersPreferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to apply insights to media strategies to drive performanceStrong communication skills to breakdown complex programs and strategies to keep partners informed of program goals and performanceExperience with both B2C and B2B business modelsWhat’s in it for you?
