This Sr. Finance Leader will oversee, develop and coach a team of 5 - 8 financial professionals to drive high impact financial analysis, forecasting, reporting and month end close deliverables. The successful candidate will provide guidance on strategic, operational, and financial issues to the supported areas, including driving financial efficiency, operational effectiveness, and strategic workforce solutions. Success in this role will require the ability to cultivate strong trust and influence with Sr. Leadership across the Development Functions areas. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
