**Role Overview**
The Senior Director, Creative Strategy & IMX Stills, LATAM is a senior enterprise leadership role responsible for defining, shaping, and scaling end-to-end, consumer centric brand experiences for the Stills portfolio across Latin America. This role sets the experience ambition for the category-ensuring that brand strategy, creative excellence, media, and execution come together seamlessly across every consumer and shopper touchpoint.
Sitting at the intersection of Stills portfolio strategy, creativity, IMX, media, digital, and commercial agendas, this leader goes beyond campaign planning to architect long-term experience platforms and ecosystems that drive both cultural relevance and business growth for the Stills portfolio.
As a core leader within the IMX ecosystem, the Senior Director acts as a regional integrator and thought partner-aligning OU and global ambition with local market realities, and elevating how Stills brands show up in culture, commerce, and everyday consumption moments.
**What You'll Do for Us**
**Integrated Experience Vision & Strategy (Stills)**
+ Set and lead the LATAM end-to-end experience vision for the Stills portfolio, ensuring clarity, coherence, and scale across brands and markets.
+ Translate category and business challenges into bold experience platforms, grounded in human truths, consumer insights, and cultural relevance.
+ Design marketing and experience strategies across the full consumer and shopper journey, driving brand equity, conversion, frequency, and rituals for Stills brands.
+ Think systemically and long-term: build experience ecosystems and platforms, not one off ideas or executions.
+ Establish standards to ensure all plans deliver holistic, 'no dead ends' experiences across owned, earned, shared, and paid touchpoints.
**Creative Strategy, Stewardship & Excellence**
+ Act as the senior creative and experience authority for the Stills category, connecting category strategy with creative development.
+ Own and evolve regional Stills portfolio narratives and experience frameworks, ensuring alignment with global brand intent and local cultural expression.
+ Shape fertile creative territories and guide integrated creative strategies across E2E, Design, Digital, Media, and Consumer & Shopper Engagement.
+ Set the bar for creative briefing, evaluation, and quality control, inspiring agencies to deliver breakthrough work.
+ Protect and elevate creative quality and brand integrity from ideation through scaled execution.
+ Champion digital first, experience innovation to keep Stills brands culturally relevant and future ready.
**End-to-end Orchestration & Experience Delivery**
+ Own the end-to-end experience agenda for the Stills portfolio, from strategic intent through market execution and learning.
+ Orchestrate complex ecosystems of internal teams and external partners (creative, media, production, platforms, creators).
+ Make enterprise level tradeoff decisions across ambition, timing, investment, and resources.
+ Ensure experience consistency across markets while enabling meaningful local relevance.
+ Translate Global Core Creative Ideas into contemporary LATAM executions that drive Brand Love (equity) and Brand Value (transactions, frequency, basket) for Stills portfolio.
**Media, Data & Experience Effectiveness**
+ Set expectations for media integrated experience strategies grounded in evolving consumption behaviors, media usage, and ecommerce dynamics.
+ Partner with Media, DAO, Analytics, and Performance teams to embed learning agendas and effectiveness frameworks into Stills experience plans.
+ Translate data, insights, and ROI signals into clear strategic direction for creative, media, and experience optimization.
+ Champion a performance mindset that balances long-term brand building with near term commercial impact.
**Enterprise Leadership, Influence & Collaboration**
+ Lead and inspire senior leaders and teams across functions, geographies, and disciplines.
+ Act as a regional connector for the Stills portfolio across:
+ OU E2E Experience Design
+ OU IMX and Stills portfolio Leadership
+ Franchise Marketing and Commercial Leads
+ Global IMX and Stills portfolio Leadership
+ Build strong, trust-based partnerships with bottlers and key commercial stakeholders.
+ Lead complex strategic conversations, influence senior executives, and navigate ambiguity with confidence and clarity.
+ Contribute to shaping the future of IMX and experience design through Stills category leadership and global collaboration.
**Organizational Impact**
+ Sets regional experience direction and standards for the Stills portfolio across LATAM.
+ Owns a critical enterprise discipline influencing Stills portfolio equity, growth, and cultural relevance.
+ Leads through senior leaders, enabling scale, consistency, and excellence across markets.
+ Plays a defining role in how Stills portfolio show up in consumers' lives-not just in communications, but in lived brand experiences.
**Requirements & Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus.
+ 12+ years of experience across integrated marketing, creative strategy, IMX, media, or experience design.
+ Proven track record leading largescale, end-to-end experience strategies for brand portfolios.
+ Deep understanding of culture, entertainment, digital ecosystems, media, and commerce.
+ Strong background in consumer and shopper marketing; CPG experience required, beverage category experience preferred.
+ Extensive experience working with worldclass creative and media agencies.
+ Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders in complex, matrixed, multimarket organizations.
+ Exceptional storytelling, communication, and executive level influence skills.
+ English Required. Spanish Or Portuguese is required.
