Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Lead strategic planning processes and drive organic improvement initiatives across the organization. + Identify, evaluate, and manage mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. + Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership and develop business cases for investment opportunities. + Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams through due diligence, negotiations, and integration planning. + Develop and maintain a pipeline of strategic opportunities aligned with corporate goals. **What Are We Looking For** + Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred with at least 15 years of relevant experience. + Strong background in strategic planning, M&A, and business development within industrial or manufacturing sectors. + Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills. + Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders. + Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills at an executive level. **Work Environment** This role is based in a corporate office setting with occasional travel to regional sites and industry events.
