Commercial Impact Lead
About the Role
The Commercial Impact Lead is a pivotal new role, serving as the critical link between data analysis and strategic decision-making, working directly with Division Presidents and Division Leadership to develop, challenge and manage short, medium, and long-term commercial strategies. Since establishing the REMS Commercial Strategy & Solutions team five years ago, we have created tremendous value for JLL by partnering with our Solutions colleagues and clients to develop new outsourcing agreements. Following this success, we are expanding into our existing Accounts business to similarly improve our strategic approach to commercial outcomes.
This position requires someone who can not only interpret data with precision but also articulate insights that challenge conventional thinking and drive meaningful business improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights Generation
Collaborate with the Commercial Intelligence team to develop insights by analyzing trends, patterns and anomalies in our data and dashboards.Transform data and insights into meaningful, actionable business intelligence to support evidence-based decision makingIdentify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains through data-driven analysisStrategic Partnership with Leadership
Work with Division and Region leadership to align analytical findings with strategic objectivesWork with Account Directors and Managing Directors to investigate account-specific opportunitiesPrepare and present analytical findings in clear, impactful formatsProvide data-backed recommendations that inform business strategic planning processes and initiativesPerformance Improvement & Change Management
Collaborate with Commercial Executives to constructively challenge existing go-to-market commercial approaches and business practices with evidence-based alternativesDrive continuous improvement by identifying performance gaps across client accounts and business divisionsFacilitate cross-functional collaboration to implement strategic changesMonitor the effectiveness of implemented recommendations and adjust approaches as neededQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred5+ years of experience in business strategic planning, business intelligence, performance management, or similar rolesExperience in facilities management outsourcing is preferredStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation and statistical analysisProficiency in use of AI tools, Excel, SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiencesExperience working with senior leadership and influencing strategic decisionsThe Ideal Candidate
