**Focus, Scope, & Impact:**
World-class, rounded marketing operator and strategy crafting (including creative, E2E (end to End), growth, innovation. Flywheel integration). True E2E ownership of the CCTM (Coca-Cola TradeMark) agenda within the market. OU category leads will be more focused on LRP and OU-wide projects while within markets the focus is ABP (Annual Business Plan) creation / operationalization.
+ Define and execute the CCTM ABP agenda and performance in TR through though leadership on frontier marketing, innovation, and ensuring superior/ integrated flywheels execution enabled by system alignment and excitement.
+ Influence OU/Global LRP (Long-Range Plan) and OU-wide programs for CCTM
+ Drive Turkiye CCTM marketing performance and ROI. Has TR CCTM category P&L accountability.
+ Develop an engaged team (direct reports and indirectly through the Stills network) of high performers and world class marketers.
+ This role has 3 direct reports
**Experience** **& Critical Requirements**
+ Significant marketing and leadership experience (12 years+), including insight & analytics, brand/portfolio strategies, innovation, complex marketing programs management and P&L ownership
+ Worked in/with all relevant marketing disciplines: innovation, creative strategy, connections, design, category/brand positioning & growth strategy
+ Led scaled, complex, cross-functional and cross-geographical teams and projects
+ Led projects that leverage Digital/ Data as edges
+ Worked in the Frontline (e.g. Frontline Marketing)
+ Led and developed teams directly
+ Advanced business. Commercial acumen (RGM experience is nice to have).
