Senior Director, Coca-Cola TM Creative Strategy - JSK
+ Lead Coca-Cola TM's Creative Strategy and Content Development for Japan and South Korea. Deliver an impactful creative strategy and set the vision, process and standards to ensure consistent high quality content, experiences and engagements that strengthens Coke's brand equity and love resulting to habit building and W+ recruitment + Drive innovation in both what and how of content, going beyond film and creating experience and digital-based ecosystems and communities that collect, enrich and leverage 1PD + Lead both the internal and agency teams in identifying key consumer insights that can be effectively translated into a creative and communication strategy + Lead and develop the next generation of creative leaders within the JSK Creative Team **What You'll Do for Us** + Author overall TM Creative Strategy and drive quality Creative briefs across pillars + Lead agency briefings and identify innovative ways to measure the effectiveness of brand campaigns.  + Responsible for the creation and delivery of high-quality content in collaboration with the internal partners (including but not limited to Design, Connections, Consumer & Shopper Engagement, Digital, Media, Channels, Franchise) ensuring consistency in strategic thought and storytelling across multiple touch points + Lead the partnership with creative agencies to build a collaborative atmosphere resulting to Japan and South Korea's strongest collaborative creative team that can inspire the System and move the needle on consumer perception and behavior + Collaborate with Global Team to effectively adopt global platforms based on JSK insights leading to communication that builds both Brand Love and Brand Value (Transactions, Weekly+ Consumers, Baskets etc.)  + Based on aligned global creative strategy, lead the development of sustainable, ownable and long-term consumer engagement platforms that can drive efficient engagement and effective recruitment leveraging 1PD + Collaborate with internal and external partners (i.e. Music, Fashion, Artists) to give Coca-Cola deep and meaningful relevance to drive cultural leadership + Ultimate responsibility for effective DME allocation related to creation and agency fees + Responsible for leading the JSK Creative Team's performance evaluation, coaching and career development **Top KPIs:** Coke's Share Growth, JSK W+ Recruitment, Affinity & Consideration, Brand Love **What We'll Need From You** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required + Must possess at least 10+ years of significant marketing and leadership experience, including leading teams (5+ people). + Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred  + ​​​Be able to create compelling and engaging presentations.   + Good understanding of consumer, cultural trends, current and future business needs  + Ability to lead overall IMX / Communication strategies.   + Ability to collaborate and create a 'network' across disciplines to open new, innovative spaces for brand growth based on consumer insights, cultural trends and current and future business needs.    + Good understanding of current and future business needs so that creative work can be developed to help achieve commercial outcomes.  + ​Excellent people leadership skills, particularly the ability to coach and develop others and create a cohesive, focused team   + Ability to manage complex timelines and manage/influence multiple stakeholders  + Ability to manage DME resources for maximum efficiencies and return on investment  + Language: Business Level English **What We Can Do for You** + **Iconic & Innovative Brands:** Our portfolio represents over 250 products with some of the most popular brands in the world, including Coca-Cola, Simply, Fairlife & Topo Chico. + **Expansive & Diverse Customsers:** We work with a diversified group of customers which range from retail & grocery outlets, theme parks, movie theatres, restaurants, and many more each day.
