Senior Dimensions Application Analyst
Job Summary As a member of the Information Technology Services team, you will play a critical role in the secure and effective management of information systems throughout their lifecycle. This includes: + Maintaining awareness of all systems within your scope of responsibility. + Understanding the sensitive data stored, transmitted, or processed by those systems. + Enforcing core security principles such as least privilege and least functionality. + Recognizing potential information security incidents and understanding your role in incident response. Qualifications + Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. + Experience: Minimum three years relevant information experience, required. + Licensure/Certification: Obtain application system certification; pass all certifications within three attempts for each test or project, required. + EPIC Professional Billing certification strongly preferred. + Additional Skills (required): + Proficient with workflows, application product function, design and build expertise. Strong analytical skills for new functions, problem resolution and support of the application product. Proficient in ITS processes to include but not limited to analysis, design, build, and testing and change control. Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed. + For NMG DPS Billing Supp-NonTech: + Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing; understands and can apply knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, patient attribution, HEDIS and other quality details, and federal and state regulatory requirements; ability to analyze and resolve issues at a detailed level, researching requests for reports, data reconciliation, data distribution and user support. Ability to work efficiently and accurately, and to plan and organize work. Ability to travel to other Novant Health facilities on occasion. Job Opening ID 88857
