**Job Summary**
**Iron Mountain** is seeking a **dynamic** and **experienced Digital Solution Sales Development Manager** to join our **Digital Business Unit** team. In this role, you will be responsible for **driving the sales of Iron Mountain's Digital solutions** within a defined segment of the customer base, acting as the subject matter expert to help enterprise customers achieve their transformation goals. This position is a critical member of the Digital Business Unit, focused on generating, qualifying, and executing leads for a wide array of digital offerings.
**What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)**
In this role, you will:
+ **Lead the sales cycle** by proactively managing deals, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and exceeding assigned pipeline and quota achievement for digital solutions.
+ **Collaborate effectively** with Iron Mountain sales, operations, professional services, and legal teams to support the end-to-end deal lifecycle, ensuring all logistics, approvals, and contract finalization are coordinated from qualification to signature.
+ **Ensure optimal solution positioning** by assessing customer needs, qualifying Iron Mountain's Digital solution offerings, and employing strong proposal writing and negotiation skills to maximize deal profitability.
**What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)**
The ideal candidate will have:
+ A minimum of **10-12 years of direct sales experience** in large, complex services-based organizations, specifically selling digital solutions to executive-level buyers.
+ **Strong knowledge** of enterprise-level digital transformation solutions, including digitization services, intelligent document processing, cloud migration, and information governance.
+ **Proven ability** to translate customer needs into powerful value propositions and solution requirements, using consultative sales skills and an in-depth understanding of strategic selling methodologies.
+ **Proficiency** in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like Salesforce, along with a working knowledge of total cost of ownership (TCO) and return on investment (ROI) modeling.
