Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

You are responsible for Marketing & Sales Controlling for software in the Digital & Automation (D&A) business line for the assigned zones.You prepare variance analyses of the key sales financial figures for each zone and discuss these with the commercial contacts, stakeholders and the Global Business Manager of the zones.You also prepare commercial assessments of sales projects that are escalated from the zones to the head office, coordinate these with the Global Business Managers and provide a recommendation for action.You are in charge for the monthly financial statements, forecasts and budgets of the zones for the D&A business line and the coordination with the Sales Management.You take over the commercial coordination and implementation of the regional planning process for the D&A business lines as part of the MTA/MBR process.You are responsible for the coordination and preparation of sales-related financial reporting, the reconciliation to the overall view of the business line and support the Management in making decisions for profitable growth.You drive the further development and harmonisation of new digital business models for software solutions and their implementation in the commercial sales processes.You play a key role in intercultural and interdisciplinary projects. You successfully drive forward changes to improve the D&A business with the help of change management and digitalisation.

Your qualifications and experience:

You hold a university degree in a business or technical field.In addition, you already have many years of commercial professional experience with a focus on planning, reporting and sales controlling.You have a strong knowledge of business administration (e.g. P&L, management reporting, profit and loss reconciliation, internal value flows, accounting standards, especially IFRS).You have very good knowledge of SAP, SAP AfO and MS Office and have in-depth knowledge of common processes and IT procedures in sales controlling (e.g. PATH, CPQ).You have extensive knowledge of digitisation tools (e.g. Jedox, Power BI, KNIME) and have already successfully demonstrated this in the independent implementation of digitisation projects.


Your attributes and skills:

You have excellent communication skills, particularly in an international environment, thanks to your very good command of English; German language skills are an additional advantage.Your profile is complemented by your independent way of working, a structured approach and team-orientated cooperation.In addition, you are willing to drive efficiency improvements in the finance environment through the targeted us of new digitalisation tools.You impress with high quality standards, conscientiousness, very good analytical skills, results-orientation and reliability.
