Senior Digital Product Owner/Software Developer

Job Description

What will you do?

Plan and execute detailed system requirements phases and identify, track, and resolve business systems issuesAssess, research, analyze, and document stakeholder needs, using the recommended or selecting the appropriate information gathering and/or modelling technique to elicit requirementsContribute to successful completion of project objectives with high quality, within budget, and on timeReview test plans, scenarios, cases as neededSupport Development, Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing activitiesBuild and maintain a repository of reusable system documentationIdentifying risks, dependencies, assumptions and constraintsEffectively communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders, and business unit partners through all project phases


What do you need to succeed? Must Have:

5+ years of experience working in a similar roleProven ability to implement client focused digital solutions that drive engagementStrong hands on experience with Agile Product DeliveryDemonstrated experience working effectively with cross functional teams, including technology, design and business stakeholders Experience managing initiatives from conception through implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery

Nice to have:

Industry experience with Financial InstitutionsAgile certification
