Schwab’s Workplace Services supports retirement, stock plans and designated brokerage services for corporations and their employees. Together we’re modernizing our solutions for corporate Stock Plan Services (SPS) clients to be industry-leading and scalable to support continued business growth. The SPS Digital Product Management team is looking for Senior Digital Product Manager with proven agile fundamentals and experience in leading digital initiatives for SPS.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the coordination and delivery of business and technology transformations to support the SPS product suite and set the priorities against the product roadmap. Specifically, you will partner with Business and Technology stakeholders to define and implement a multi-year plan to modernize our operational and analytical reporting capabilities.
Partnership – Work with our team of product owners, system analysts, developers and business stakeholders in an agile environment. You would manage the welfare of the SPS Digital capabilities at all stages of the product and release lifecycle including analyzing, defining strategy, and managing implementation of enhancements to existing and new capabilities. Client Focus – Lead and collaborate with SPS stakeholders to develop your team’s roadmap and requirements to ensure a continuous flow of value while supporting long term digital channel objectives.Strategy – Use your knowledge of equity plans, client insights and related reporting/analytics to further the product vision for SPS. Design experiments and structure evaluations of whether product solutions will be valuable, usable, feasible and viable. Bring stakeholders and industry perspectives to refine and shape your vision.Execution – Own and drive all aspects required to bring new and enhanced stock plan capabilities to clients, including the definition, creation, development, and implementation of the solutions that help us achieve our mission. Entrepreneurial passion, professional persistence, and a perpetually positive attitudeExceptional product management skills - ability to synthesize data and stakeholder feedback into insights and actions5+ years product management experience, ideally within financial servicesSuperior business analysis skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and ability to troubleshoot issuesHigh attention to detail and the ability to see things through from concept to implementationExperience with Business Intelligence/Data Analytics related initiatives preferredExperience with emerging platforms and technology in automation/AI a plusAbility to provide on-time delivery of project deliverablesAbility and desire to effectively and efficiently work in a collaborative team environmentExperience participating in cross-functional projects, driving integration and results across teamsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAgile/Scrum experience preferred BA/BS degree or equivalent experience requiredIn addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
