This role contributes to Starbucks success by leading the vision, strategy, and execution of digital products that power internal planning and decision support systems for global store portfolio growth. You will be at the forefront of enabling data-driven, scalable, and locally relevant growth strategies in partnership with licensees across the world.


Strategic planning is at the heart of Starbucks’ global growth and the tools you will lead are critical enablers of this strategy, designed to empower teams with localized insights, predictive recommendations and geospatial scenario modeling. 

As a senior digital product manager, you will…

Own the product roadmap for innovative, geospatial planning tools that fuel strong returns for Starbucks and its global licensees. Lead with a customer-first mindset, integrating qualitative and quantitative research into product rituals to ensure UX is grounded in both customer value and business viability. Unify cross-functional teams across store development, technology, data science and many more to create scalable solutions that anticipate evolving needs in global markets and are compatible with business process Navigate ambiguity with confidence, translating research into a clearly articulated vision, crisp requirements, and intuitive UX – you are unafraid to dive into the details when it matters most. Apply financial acumen to assess trade-offs, optimize investment decisions, and align product outcomes with growth goals. Champion innovation through curiosity and continuous exploration of emerging tech and design patterns to unlock new value.

We’d love to hear from people with:

5+ years of progressive product management experience, with a track record of delivering digital products that meet measurable OKRs on ambitious timelines. Proven ownership of product vision, roadmap, and requirements with the ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. Experience building internal decision support in complex and data-rich domains. Demonstrated expertise in geospatial data and applications, with an understanding of how location intelligence can drive business outcomes in retail. Comfort working with data, including proficiency in SQL, dashboards, and experimentation tools to inform product decisions and measure success. Proven ability to work effectively across cultural and language barriers in global, cross-functional environments

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above.  For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

 

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.  At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
