The Senior Digital Product Manager plays a pivotal role and owns the end‑to‑end strategic vision, usability, and performance of one or more of these high‑impact platforms. Paired with strong analytical rigor, they continuously test, measure, and iterate to deliver best‑in‑class experiences that drive meaningful business results. **_As_** **_a Digital Product Manager Sr., you will…_** + Create strategy to deliver key user & business outcomes under guidance of Group Manager, Digital Product + Lead product discovery process including ideation, opportunity assessment & business casing + Demonstrate the ability to quickly analyze and synthesize different datasets to a clear narrative + Oversee development & execution of product roadmap while managing trade offs + Work with cross-functional partners such as engineering, product, and UX to ensure successful development & product launch + Monitor post launch performance & adjust as needed + Peer mentor for junior talent **_We’d_** **_ _** **_love_** **_ _** **_to hear from people with:_** Basic Qualifications: + Minimum 5+ years progressive responsibility in Digital Product Management + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal + Proficient with the application of quantitative and qualitative data analysis + Curious, highly motivated self-starter + Experience with customer research design and experiment design and A/B testing Preferred Qualifications + Bachelors degree in business, marketing, computer science, or engineering + Advanced degree + Existing knowledge of product domain, users or market As a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits.
