We’re on the hunt for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with proven experience managing large-scale digital campaigns in both restricted and non-restricted verticals. You’ll be joining a high-growth team in the self-storage space a rapidly expanding industry that’s transforming how consumers think about storage across North America.

What You'll Do Plan, launch, and manage six-figure paid campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Bing, Yelp, and LinkedIn, with possible expansion to emerging platforms. Develop keyword targeting strategies and continuously optimize campaigns to drive strong ROI and meet KPIs. Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and actionable recommendations. Lead performance reporting and forecasting using large datasets pulled from ERP systems, Marketing Automation tools, and other data sources. Manage and update tracking infrastructure using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and ensure accurate conversion tracking. Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to implement digital advertising strategies and enhancements. Conduct ongoing market, competitor, and audience research across digital platforms. Mentor and support the Digital Marketing Coordinator, contributing to team growth and knowledge sharing. Propose budget reallocations based on data insights and evolving business goals. Drive innovation in targeting, segmentation, and channel diversification.
What You’ll Need to Succeed Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field (preferred). 5–7 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing large-budget digital ad campaigns. Deep knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and YouTube. Strong experience with Google Tag Manager and accurate conversion tracking setups. Advanced analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple tools, including ERP and Marketing Automation platforms. Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or equivalent. Experience working with MarTech stacks and digital tracking infrastructure. Excellent project management skills with a high attention to detail. Strong communication skills to work effectively with vendors and internal teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
