Job Requirements
3-5 Years of Relevant DFT Experience Good Experience in Scan Insertion, Scan DRC Checks.Experience in Atpg, Mbist, Simulation, ijtag skills is a MUST.Should have a strong working knowledge in LBIST, including test pattern generation and fault coverage analysis, is Preferred.Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and Leadership skills to drive projects to successful completion.
