Title / Designation: Senior DevOps Engineer Location: Hyderabad

 

Role & responsibilities:

 

Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available AWS cloud architectures using EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, RDS, VPC, and ElastiCache via Terraform  Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Spinnaker, and Helm to automate deployments and improve delivery efficiency  Implement AWS security best practices including IAM, encryption, container security, and secure configurations Establish and manage observability frameworks using CloudWatch, New Relic, Prometheus, logging, monitoring, and alerting systems Troubleshoot and resolve application performance, scalability, availability, and reliability issues across environments Identify, prioritize, and execute platform improvements related to cost optimization, security enhancements, and operational efficiency  Create and maintain technical documentation and mentor DevOps engineers to ensure adoption of best practices

 

 

Candidate requirements:

 

Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer Strong expertise in AWS services including EC2, ECS, EKS, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, SQS, SES, ElastiCache, Redshift, and EFS Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, Spinnaker, and GitHub Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or CloudFormation Proficiency in scripting and programming using Python, Groovy, and Bash/Shell Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and observability tools like CloudWatch, New Relic, and Prometheus Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
