We are seeking a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in AWS services, Terraform, and observability tools. In this role, you’ll design, automate, and manage infrastructure and deployment pipelines in a modern cloud-native environment. You will work closely with Cloud Engineering (CE) and cross-functional teams—including client stakeholders—to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable cloud-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities CI/CD & Infrastructure as CodeDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Build and manage scalable, reusable infrastructure using Terraform.
AWS Cloud EngineeringProvision and administer core AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudFront.
Configure and manage AWS networking and security in line with industry best practices.
Observability & Incident ManagementImplement and manage monitoring and logging using tools such as CloudWatch and New Relic.
Configure and maintain OpsGenie for on-call rotations and incident response workflows.
Collaboration & Workflow ManagementDefine, implement, and enforce Git workflows and branching strategies.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on architecture, implementation, and troubleshooting.
Manage domain configurations and SSL certificates to support secure and performant deployments.
Governance & ReliabilityEnsure all infrastructure is secure, resilient, and performance-optimized.
Participate in regular team syncs, retrospectives, and knowledge sharing sessions.
Required QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
Strong expertise in AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudFront.
Experience with CloudWatch and New Relic for observability and performance monitoring.
Strong understanding of Git workflows and branching strategies.
In-depth knowledge of AWS security and networking best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional and client-facing environments.
Preferred QualificationsExperience in API development and backend services.
Hands-on experience with Kinesis Firehose → Snowflake integrations.
Familiarity with OpsGenie ing and incident management configurations.
Understanding of DNS management, domain configurations, and certificate lifecycle management.
Knowledge of container orchestration tools such as ECS, EKS, or Kubernetes.
Exposure to incident response processes and DevSecOps practices.
Experience working directly with client stakeholders in Agile/DevOps environments.
