Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to strengthen engineering capability and support the build, deployment, and automation of the platform.
You will work closely with backend, frontend, QA, and architecture teams to ensure robust, scalable, and automated development and delivery processes.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for a modern enterprise banking solution.
• Manage and optimise containerised workloads using Docker and OpenShift.
• Implement infrastructure automation, monitoring, and reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure consistent DevOps best practices.
• Support release management, deployment processes, and platform stability.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, pipeline, and deployment issues in production and non-production environments.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience in complex environments.
• Strong practical experience with Docker and OpenShift.
• Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (any major tooling: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Experience with automation (Ansible, Terraform, or similar).
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools used in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with secure software development processes and compliance standards.

Nice-to-Have / Advantage
• Experience working on banking or fintech projects.
o Understanding bank data topology and internal bank processes is a significant advantage, as it shortens onboarding and accelerates productivity.
• Background in highly regulated industries.

Work Arrangement
• Hybrid collaboration: We expect the team to meet 1–2 times per week in our Prague offices. Remote-only cooperation is not ideal for this role due to the complexity, speed, and cross-team collaboration required.
