Are you a passionate and experienced food development professional ready to take the lead on one of the UK’s biggest retail accounts? We’re looking for a Senior Development Technologist to join our Commercial team and take ownership of concept to launch.

Lead the end-to-end NPD process for Tesco, managing briefs, trials, validations, and launches. Work independently to manage a small account, ensuring timelines, quality, and customer expectations are met. Collaborate with chefs, technical, production, and commercial teams to bring innovative chilled food products to life. Organise and lead internal panels, benchmarking sessions, and customer presentations. Ensure all documentation, samples, and validations are completed to the highest standard.   The Ideal Candidate
