Job Description Overview: The Senior Development Manager is primarily responsible for directing community development operations through oversight of project teams consisting of internal and external resources, including managing the planning, design, permitting, construction and turnover of community improvements along with receiving approvals from regulating authorities and preparing/managing budgets and cost controls. This position will have a lead role in evaluating ongoing production and planning operations, operations team performance, servicing efficiency, cost control reporting, and delivery of product to serve sales objectives. These responsibilities are carried out both through completion of specific tasks, as well as directing and coaching operations support staff.
