Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated & technically proficient Senior Development Lead to guide & mentor our Data Management & Governance team in building scalable, high-performance data privacy applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java-based technologies, microservices architecture, & modern DevOps practices in data management and data privacy.

Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Data Governance, Legal, and Security teams to ensure compliance with global privacy regulations and define technical solutions & delivery Lead the design, development, & deployment of enterprise-grade data privacy applicationsArchitect & implement microservices &RESTful APIs using Java &Spring BootEnsure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, & best practicesManage CI/CD pipelines & ensure smooth integration & deployment workflowsWork with Kafka for real-time messaging & data streamingProvide technical leadership &mentorship to junior developers
Must-Have Skills:Java/Python, Spring Boot, SQLMicroservices ArchitectureRESTful APIsEclipse IDEJUnit, MockitoKafka (Messaging Systems)GitLab (CI/CD)
Good-to-Have Skills:Data Privacy / Data Management – Applications / Platforms / Tools. MySQL, OracleSnowflake (Cloud Data Platform)
Qualifications:For NAM, undergrad or Grad in STEM or relevant fieldsMinimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related fieldProven experience in leading development teams & delivering complex projectsStrong problem-solving & communication skillsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsKnowledge of data privacy regulations is a plus
