Your ability to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients is enabled by our strategic partner ecosystem and our robust technology platforms across the IBM portfolio **Your role and responsibilities** * Design, development, implementation and deployment of Dynamics CRM solutions and Power Platform applications. * Collaborate with our development team to customize and configure Dynamics CRM. * Testing, debugging, and documentation of CRM solutions. * Stay updated on the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. * Work closely with the team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Participate in code reviews, participate in Agile development, apply best practices. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CRM solutions. **Required technical and professional expertise** Senior developer with Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform skills, certification, and at least 6 years of experience. * Experienced in developing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Power Platform * Strong knowledge Microsoft Dynamics 365, including entity definitions, fields, views, forms, and workflows. * Good Understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, * Azure programming in languages such as C#, JavaScript, and SQL. * Good knowledge of software development principles, patterns, and best practices Experience with CRM integrations with other systems and applications.
