TheSenior Developerwill play a hands-on role in supporting and enhancing enterprise finance systems across both Oracle EBS and future ERP platforms. This position serves as atechno-functional lead, directly responsible for designing, building, and supporting solutions that align with critical finance transformation initiatives—such asChart of Accounts (COA) redesign,Fixed Assets implementation, andProcure-to-Pay modernization.
The developer will be deeply involved in interface development, data validation, custom extensions (FRICE), and functional configurations across Financials and Procurement modules. This includes working withForms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions (FRICE),Personalizations,Descriptive Flexfields (DFFs),interface tables, anddata migration tools.
This role requires strong knowledge of both the functional finance processes and the technical architecture of Oracle ERP (EBS and Fusion), particularly inOracle Financials and Procure to Pay Modules.
The ideal candidate brings a unique ability to own both the business logic and the technical implementation, ensuring that system solutions are both technically sound and functionally aligned to finance objectives
· Leads on the designs, development, coding, testing and debugging of software applications/systems to meet the specifications. Monitors system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimization strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of applications.
· Partners and collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions. Manages the design, architecture and build phases aimed at producing high quality deliverables. Owns the software documentation and user manuals.
· Evaluating and integrating new technologies into existing development practices as well as Maintaining, updating, and improving existing software.
· Managers and participates in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements. Collaborate lead tech teams consisting of employees vendor company contractors in planning and execution, serving as an technology leader
· Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed

Minimum Requirements
·Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems or related field
· Mandatory, 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP (EBS and/or Fusion), including technical and functional responsibilities
· Proven experience withChart of Accounts redesign,Fixed Assets implementation, andProcure-to-Pay modules on Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud
· Strong background in building and supportingcustomizations(Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions – FRICE),DFFs,interface tables, andBI Publisher reports
· Demonstrated ability to support data migration and mapping efforts usingOracle Data Hub
· Experience working in environments withcoexisting legacy and cloud ERP platforms
· Experience withPL/SQL,SOA Suite,OIC, andREST/SOAP APIs
· Exposure to Agile delivery frameworks and sprint-based project execution
· Problem-Solving: Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to system integration and performance.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams

· Prior involvement inend-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP implementations, especially in finance and procurement domains
· Experience withOracle Procurement Cloudfunctional setups and configurations
