SAP applications and services enable customers to operate profitably, adapt continuously, and grow sustainably. **POSITION OVERVIEW** At SAP Business Suite , Finance & spend management, T&D Platform Services Team within SAP Cloud ERP, our focus is on accelerating cloud growth and cloud adoption and to achieve this we have to overcome many issues. One of the most promising ways to overcome these issues is by using “Product Led Growth” (PLG) methodologies and techniques in Product Engineering. PLG aims to help drive product awareness and usage much more through the product itself. In this way PLG can impact retention, renewals and upsell/cross sell opportunities in addition to driving satisfaction and delight within the product experience. We have a product called In-Product communication to achieve PLG in SAP Cloud ERP. To strengthen further or team, we are looking for an experienced cloud native development expert to contribute to this product roadmap. **Responsibilities of the role:** + Lead technical discussions within and across teams to design solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and sustainable with customer usage volume. + Implement efficient methods of building products/features with low cost and high value. + Guide architectural decisions and provide technical leadership across multiple teams. + Ensure the implementation of technical standards and good practices across various projects. + Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders. + Complete deliverables with high quality within the set timeframe. + Drive continuous improvements focused on quality, usability, and maintainability. + Establish partnerships with internal business and technical counterparts. + Become proficient with business processes in the solution and identify opportunities for simplification. + Identifies opportunities for reuse of architecture concepts or software parts and cross-team synergies + Coach, advise, and monitor the scrum team on aspects impacting architecture, and review design documents for adherence to ACD and relevant product guidelines. **Technical Skills Required:** + A minimum of 9 years of experience in the design and development of scalable, secure, reliable, and high-availability SaaS products. + Strong practical experience of developing on SAP BTP with SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) on JAVA and CDS modelling with integration to S/4. + Proficiency in cloud and Java-based microservices/micro-frontend architectures. + Expertise in UI technologies: SAP UI5 / Fiori Elements / HTML5 / CSS + Expertise in deployment processes (Cl/CD pipeline, monitoring and administration tools) + Familiarity with BTP and S/4HANA integration (communication scenario). + Experience and knowledge of security standards like OWASP and performance standards. + Strong expertise in performance profiling and tuning using Dynatrace or similar tools. + Prior experience in developing Fiori applications using ABAP or RAP would be advantageous. + Exceptional problem-solving skills, root cause analysis, and management of technical debt. + Ability to guide and support team members by providing technical guidance and assistance. + Proficiency in agile software development methodologies. + Willing to learn new technologies / skills, especially AI/ML topics like LLMs / Joule / Agents / KG, etc., and contribute to other projects in the department. Familiarity with these topics would be advantageous. + Attitude to take decisions relatively fast and also own / be accountable for the same. + Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills in English. **Other Skills Required:** 1. Bachelor's degree and/or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field. 2. Graduating with good academic record from top universities. 3. Ability to work independently as well as with a team 4. Ability to understand and master new technologies quickly 5. Strong focus on quality and generating results 6.
