Senior Developer, Managed Services - Digital

You will report to: Senior Solution Architect

Activities:

Develop technical and functional specifications based on software design and performanceSupport the data modeling and requirements definition mapping5+ years of experience in providing maintenance and continuity to projects directly with the client.This position involves 70% focused on code development and modification and 30% on troubleshooting.Provide client support, including: troubleshooting, software upgrades and enhancementsDevelop software extensions and integrations using specific APIsEnsure quality of code by performing unit testing and code reviewsPerform intermediate system configuration and customizationPerform intermediate installations of tools to support developmentStatus reporting within DevOps toolsDevOps developmentSupport to PTC products (Team works development)Windchill application supportWork on different projects at the same timeContact with customers in the USA, Europe, and AsiaPerform intermediate system administrative responsibilitiesProvide client support, including but not limited to: troubleshooting, software upgrades, and enhancementsPerform Data Migration (Data Analysis, and Migration using an ETL process)Commit to meeting customer service metrics, Service Level Agreements (SLA's)Effective status reporting within the team and with the clientsManage requirements from multiple clients simultaneouslyWork with multi-disciplinary and cross-cultural teamsContribute to internal initiatives and tool buildingAssist in the development of technology demonstrations as required by the broader Rockwell Automation organization"

Requisitions:

Degree in Computer Science, Digital Systems, Software Development, or related+5 years of experience developing in any of the following Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, .NET, SQL languages, or relatedExperience in troubleshootingExperience with Relational and Non Relational databasesFunctional support and enablement for usersExecute system configuration changes and application enhancementsExperience using leading software development practices, technical documentation (requirements, functional specifications, test plans, etc.)Exposure to AWS and/or Azure cloudBasic understanding of business requirements and the process of translating them into well-engineered and integrated technical solutions; attention to detail
