Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team, you will design and develop moderately complex solutions for information technology (IT) infrastructure environments, including coding, testing, and certifying technology platforms, software, and applications under limited supervision.

The Senior Desktop Packaging Engineer - End User Services role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
* Develop moderately complex solutions for packaging and deploying Windows and Mac desktop applications using variety of packaging tools/utilities
* Understand the end-to-end performance of IT platforms.
* Draft and maintain policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
* Independently monitor advanced performance and capacity metrics for technology solutions.
*THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM*
*Minimum Required Experiences*
* 2 years of Desktop Packaging experience, specifying deploying applications to both Windows and Mac devices
* 2 years of experience with Workspace One for developing, managing and deploying packages.
* Experience using variety of packaging tools/utilities, i.e., Power Shell, Workspace One, Flexera Admin Studio, VBScript and JSON.
* Experience in application interaction with operating systems, including the Windows registry, COM object registration, system/user variables and user-centric data related to application settings.
* Experience collaborating across Desktop Infrastructure Technology Teams to provide technically sound solutions.

* Bachelor's Degree
* AWS/Azure/GCP certifications
*Skills*
* Skilled with Visual Code Studio, GitLab, BitBucket, and JSON scripting
* Strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to identify issues and drive them to resolution
* Ability to interact with Business users and to translate their packaging requirements into elegant, technically sound solutions
* Ability to manage end user incidents and mitigate vulnerabilities
* Skilled with Windows 10 & 11, both in a physical and virtual desktop environment
* Ability to work independently and deliver projects on-time with strict deadlines.

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
