Overview We are looking for a super creator to let loose their greatness across everything that we do. Are you someone who has a great eye for design and knows how to tell a story through editing and animation? Someone that understands how to build a brand through motion and is excited to work with a huge nationwide brand. Responsibilities • Responsible for developing creative concepts into world-class advertising campaigns across multiple touchpoints • Creating and amending outstanding designs for, but not limited to: press ads, OOH, web, apps, banners, email shots, social, tv, global toolkits, and visual & brand guidelines • Oversee the entire design process from concept to delivery • Working with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure solutions meet or exceed our clients’ strategic objectives • Working on multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meeting your deadlines and supporting your team members to meet theirs • Following the correct design processes and creating high-quality deliverables for projects • Mentoring and providing art direction and guidance to junior members of the team, and delegating work when required Qualifications • Proven experience working on large-scale projects across a variety of formats • Being motivated, goal-oriented, persistent and a good communicator • Ability to articulate and champion your ideas both internally and in front of clients • Having a keen eye for detail – your work is produced to pixel perfection working within grid frameworks, with consistency throughout • An ability to prioritise and organise work within an existing design process • Collaboration and creative judgement • An ability to juggle and complete multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines Additional information LeSHOP has fantastic benefits on offer to all of our employees.
