Job Description Summary

The Senior Designer for Retail, senior-level position that will lead the creative development of innovative retail design. Responsible for conceptualizing spaces that align with company standards, strategies, engaging stakeholders while meeting business objectives.

About the Role:

Lead retail design concept development, transforming brand narratives and business goals into innovative physical environments.Conduct strategic research on global trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to guide design direction and stay ahead of industry developments.Collaborate across teams and partners, including strategy, design, technical teams, vendors, architects, and clients, to ensure cohesive project execution.Utilize BIM tools (especially Autodesk Revit) to create, document, and manage design plans, including test fits, concept drawings, and data extraction.Support project delivery and team coordination, ensuring timely, high-quality outputs while assisting the Design Hub Lead with oversight and progress tracking.

About You:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design, with 4+ years of experience in retail, experiential, or branded environment design.Strong creative portfolio demonstrating concept development and spatial storytelling, along with excellent sketching and visualization skills.Effective communicator and presenter, able to work independently or collaboratively in fast-paced environments.Proficient in design tools including Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and presentation software.Experience with APAC projects and a passion for delivering innovative, boundary-pushing retail experiences.
